However, noise levels from thin walls were disruptive, making it hard to sleep. A lack of furniture on the balcony was disappointing. it would have been nice to enjoy the view with a glass of wine. Additionally, the check-in process was slow, and the staff seemed overwhelmed during peak hours, which affected the overall experience.
